Botox® / Restylane® Fillers / Leg and Facial Vein Treatment

Wonderful non-surgical treatments Botox® is used to soften brow lines, crows feet and frown lines. All of our Botox® procedures are carried out by Dr D Grewal every other Sunday. (Please call for times) Treatments and free consultation can be carried out on the same day. Doctor Grewall will use a light anesthetic if necessary to provide a comfortable treatment. Vein Treatment Thread veins are mainly found on the legs and face and appear superficially under the surface of the skin, appearing individually or like a 'spider’s web'. Thread veins are not necessary to the circulatory system so may be treated successfully. Many people find thread veins embarrassing and unattractive. First of all, an irritant solution is injected into the tiny capillaries and over a period of time those tiny capillaries will gradually begin to fade and diminish. The majority of clients find the procedure is relatively painless and are contented with the results achieved. Initially
areas treated will be red and appear like 'bee-stings' but settle quickly
within 24 hours. Usually 4 weeks is required before visible
improvement may be evident. A review of treatment is therefore advised
after 4-6 weeks. More than one session may be required depending upon
the severity of the thread veins.
Doctor Grewal will also treat Thread Veins with Microsclerotherapy which is used to treat unwanted thread veins by the use of a non-toxic chemical guided by a Veinlite®, which helps locate veins, thereby minimising discomfort, which improves the results achieved. Facial veins are treated using Electrodiathermy. Thread Vein treatment costs £195 for 30-minute treatment (including medical hosiery) and is currently only available for treating legs.
